Who We Are

Chaco Horizon General Trading LLC ("Chaco Horizon", "we"), trade licence 1653213, issued by Department of Economic Development, Dubai, registered at Office 101-35, 1st Floor, Onyx Building, Salah Al Din Road, Al Khabaisi, Deira, Dubai. What We Collect

Only what you send us. The quote request and contact forms collect your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone or WhatsApp number, together with the details of your enquiry. When a form is sent, our server also records the IP address it came from and the time, which we use to filter spam and abuse.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we set nothing in your browser beyond what is needed to display the page.

The contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find our office. That map is loaded from Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address when the page opens; it is covered by Google's own privacy policy, not this notice. Nothing else on the site loads from a third party, and no other page embeds anything.

Why We Use It

• To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare and send a quotation.
• To keep a record of the enquiry for as long as it remains relevant to a possible or actual order.
• To detect and block spam or automated abuse of the forms.

The legal basis is your request for a quotation or a response (the steps needed to enter into a contract with you), and our legitimate interest in running the website securely. We do not use your data for marketing unless you have asked us to keep in touch.

Who Receives It

Form submissions are emailed to our sales desk and handled by the person who takes on your enquiry. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for their own purposes. Where an order proceeds, the details needed to ship and document it — typically your company name, delivery address and contact for the consignee — are shared with the freight forwarder, the customs broker and, where a document requires it, the manufacturer or the issuing authority.

Our email and web hosting providers process the data on our behalf under their standard terms; some of that processing may take place outside the UAE.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Records connected to an order are kept for the period UAE commercial and tax law requires, currently five years from the end of the relevant tax period.

Your Rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to Chacogeneraltrading@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Security

Forms are sent over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond. If you send us drawings or commercial documents by email, they are treated as confidential.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
