Product Information Is Indicative
Specifications, power classes, efficiencies, packing figures, lead times, warranty periods and certifications shown on this site describe what we normally supply. They are indicative only and are confirmed for each order on the quotation and against the manufacturer's datasheet. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and no contract is formed by using the site or submitting an enquiry.
Quotations and Orders
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. An order is formed only when you accept a proforma invoice within its validity and we confirm it. The proforma invoice sets out the specification, quantity, price, Incoterm, packing, production window, payment terms and any conformity requirements, and those terms take precedence over anything on this site.
Manufacturer warranties are given by the manufacturer, not by Chaco Horizon. We supply the warranty documentation with the consignment and will assist with claims, but the obligation rests with the manufacturer under its own terms.
Payment Security
Our bank details are issued on the proforma invoice and do not change during an order. We will never email you asking for payment to a different account. If you receive such a request, do not act on it; call us on the number on the contact page.
Use of the Site
You may browse the site and use the forms to contact us. You may not use automated tools to submit the forms, scrape the site, or attempt to interfere with its operation. Text, layout and images on the site belong to Chaco Horizon or their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this site.
